After a quick touchdown on the first possession for the Hawks, Gateway answered with an even faster touchdown on their first offensive possession. It seemed like it was going to be a close game, but the scares created from Gateway’s first touchdown proved to be for nothing after the Hawks shut them down and demonstrated great ball movement on all of their possessions.

“They played hard, but we played harder,” explained Junior DB and WR Donovan Coronado.  Cistercian certainly learned from the Fort Worth Christian game and came out with on top with a score of 50-14 Hawks.
