The Hawks returned to their winning ways Friday, September 16th versus the Oakridge Owls. Despite a 21-21 score at halftime, 28 points to Oakridge’s 11 in the second half propelled the Hawks to 3-1 in conference play.  Sophomore running back Harry Crutcher had the game of his life, notching up 213 all-purpose yards and 5 touchdowns. The defense started out slow in the first half but sensational play by the defensive line and a late fourth quarter 69-yard pick 6 by senior linebacker Emmanuel Adesanya finished off the Owls. The Hawks continue their quest for dominance against perennial powerhouse Fort Worth Country Day on September 23rd.
