The Hawks went into their fourth conference game against an extremely talented Greenhill squad with the goal of forcing the Hornets out of complacency. A wonder shot from 25 yards out very early gave them the advantage. The Hawks quickly regathered their composure and shutout the Hornets for the half. A late shot from distance by the same Greenhill player sealed the win and Hawks’ soccer first loss since November. The loss leaves Greenhill and Cistercian tied in second place at 9 points; the Hawks could potentially seal a trip to the SPC tournament with a win in their next match against Fort Worth All Saints.
